Tania von der Goltz, CFO of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg), has informed the company's Supervisory Board ahead of its meeting on March 19, 2025, that she will not extend her contract beyond its current term. She will step down from her position at the end of the financial year on March 31, 2025. This step is being taken on the best of terms with the company. CEO Jürgen Otto will take over the management of the finance functions until further notice. Heidelberg is on track with the measures introduced and confirms its forecast for the year.

Tania von der Goltz has worked in leading global companies for over 25 years. Before taking on the role of CFO at Heidelberg, the business graduate began her career at Fresenius AG in 1995, before working in various management positions at the newly founded Fresenius Medical Care AG from 1996, where she made a significant contribution to the financial management and expansion of the company.
